Simple, fair, and transparent. No surprises. Here's exactly how billing and cancellations work at FadeUp.
Your subscription is billed monthly on the same date you signed up. For example, if you joined on June 15, you're billed every 15th of the month.
Annual plans are billed once per year on your signup anniversary date.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You'll receive an email receipt after every charge.
If FadeUp isn't right for you, we'll refund your first payment in full — no questions asked — within your first 7 days.
To request your refund:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
After 7 days, subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to monthly and annual plans.
We're transparent about this because we believe that if you've been using FadeUp for more than a week, you've already seen its value. If you're having trouble, contact us before cancelling — we'll help you get the most out of the platform.
To cancel: go to your Dashboard → Settings → Cancel Subscription. Or contact us and we'll handle it immediately.
Your $29/month Founder's Pass price is locked forever — it will never increase as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
If your subscription lapses (cancelled and not reactivated within 30 days), the Founder's rate may not be available upon re-subscription. Regular pricing ($49+/month) would apply.
If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to charge your card again automatically over the following days. You'll receive email notifications about failed payments.
If payment fails 3 times, your account will be paused (not deleted). You can reactivate by updating your payment method in the dashboard.
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first at hello@fadeup.co. We resolve billing issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account termination.
Annual plans work the same way: no refunds after 7 days, but your service remains active through the end of your annual period. You will not be auto-renewed if you cancel before the renewal date.

Tu suscripción se cobra mensualmente el mismo día que te registraste. Por ejemplo, si te uniste el 15 de junio, se te cobra cada 15 del mes.
Los planes anuales se cobran una vez al año en la fecha de aniversario de tu registro.
Todos los pagos se procesan de forma segura a través de Stripe. Recibirás un recibo por email después de cada cobro.
Si FadeUp no es para ti, te devolvemos tu primer pago completo — sin preguntas — dentro de los primeros 7 días.
Para solicitar tu reembolso:
Los reembolsos se procesan en 5–10 días hábiles a tu método de pago original.
Después de 7 días, los pagos de suscripción no son reembolsables. Aplica a planes mensuales y anuales.
Si tienes problemas, contáctanos antes de cancelar — te ayudaremos a sacarle el máximo provecho a la plataforma.
Para cancelar: ve a tu Dashboard → Configuración → Cancelar Suscripción. O contáctanos y lo gestionamos de inmediato.
Tu precio de $29/mes del Founder's Pass está bloqueado para siempre — nunca aumentará mientras tu suscripción permanezca activa.
Si tu suscripción caduca (cancelada y no reactivada en 30 días), el precio Founder puede no estar disponible al reactivar. Se aplicaría el precio regular ($49+/mes).
Si un pago falla, Stripe intentará cobrar tu tarjeta nuevamente automáticamente. Recibirás notificaciones por email sobre pagos fallidos.
Si el pago falla 3 veces, tu cuenta se pausará (no se elimina). Puedes reactivar actualizando tu método de pago en el dashboard.
